There are two types of side dishes: cold and hot.
The compositions are primarily based on gratinated vegetables, baked potato, meat ravioli, and panissa served with aioli sauce and pesto mayonnaise. They also include farofa, white rice (arroz branco), and the classic chicken, mushroom, and salsa rosa stroganoff. Scottona steak tartare on a crispy wafer and a pulled pork sandwich accompany the Beef Tasting Menu.
